On the last day of celebrating the Fire Prevention Month, the Philippine Air Force Super Huey II helicopter, equipped with a Bambi Bucket, was seen dropping loads of confetti over the Quirino Grandstand at Rizal Park, Manila.

Through the 505th Search and Rescue Group, the PAF, together with other Government and Private Sectors, Safety Advocates, and Fire Volunteers participated in a Culminating Activity hosted by the Bureau of Fire Protection with a theme “Sa Pag-iwas sa Sunog, Hindi Ka Nag-iisa".

On March 31, 2023, COL CLARENCE V ABELLERA PAF (MNSA), relinquished his post as the Air Force Provost Marshal (AFPM) to the now Acting AFPM, LTC RENATO V PORTUGAL PAF during a Relinquishment Ceremony at Agunod Hall, CJVAB, Pasay City.

COL ABELLERA will assume as the new Deputy, The Provost Marshal General,AFP.

President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr., the Commander-in-Chief, AFP, led the inspection of the two (2) C-130Ts of the Philippine Air Force at Haribon Hangar in Clark Air Base, Mabalacat City, Pampanga on March 31, 2023.

On March 28, 2023, the Philippine Air Force successfully conducted the 13th NCOS Alumni Homecoming with the theme "NCOS @ 13: Katuwang ng Philippine Air Force Tungo sa Pagpapaunlad ng  Talino, Lakas at Karakter ng NCO Corps." The event was held at the Air Education Training and Doctrine Command, Fernando Air Base, Lipa City, and was graced by the Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force, LTGEN STEPHEN P PARREÑO PAF as the guest of honor.

On March 28, 2023, LTGEN STEPHEN P PARREÑO PAF, Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force, was transported by an all-female pilot line-up of the S-70i Black Hawk helicopter during his visit to Fernando Air Base in Lipa City, Batangas for the 13th NCOS Alumni Homecoming Balik Yakap 2023.

The highly skilled female pilots, MAJ DEARLY ROSS M BOBILLES PAF and MAJ ANNE LOISSE V GOMEZ PAF, both from the 205th Tactical Helicopter Wing of the Philippine Air Force, demonstrated exceptional mastery of their skills, while effectively ensuring the safety and security of the flight.

The Philippine Air Force Flying School of the Air Education, Training and Doctrine Command (AETDC) held the Graduation Ceremony for the Military Pilot Training "Wings of Tenacity" Class 2023A at Fernando Air Base, Lipa City, Batangas on March 27, 2023. The ceremony was graced by LTGEN STEPHEN P PARREÑO PAF, Commanding General, PAF as the Guest of Honor.

The Commanding General, Philippine Air Force, LTGEN STEPHEN P PARREÑO PAF, presided over the donning of ranks for the 97 members of PAF Officer Candidate Course "NASIGLAT" Class 2022 during his first official field visit at Air Education, Training, and Doctrine Command (AETDC), Fernando Air Base in Lipa City, Batangas, on March 27, 2023. 

As LTGEN PARREÑO PAF congratulated the new 2nd Lieutenants, he also reminded them to uphold the PAF core values of Integrity, Service above self, Teamwork, Excellence and Professionalism. 

The Philippine Air Force held a formal Change of Chief of Office Ceremony for the Office of the Assistant Chief of Air Staff (ACofAS) for Personnel, A-1 at Agunod Hall, CJVAB, Pasay City on March 10, 2023.

Presiding Officer BGEN FABIAN M PEDREGOSA PAF, Chief of Air Staff, led the ceremonial turn over of office symbol from the outgoing ACofAS for Personnel, A-1, COL ADRIANO SJ DUADICO PAF (MNSA) to the incoming A-1, COL SHEILLAH GRACE E VICENTE PAF (MNSA).

On March 23, 2023, the Acting Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force, MGEN RAMON J GUIANG PAF, presided over the Assumption of Command Ceremony for Tactical Operations Wing West (TOWWEST) at the Antonio Bautista Air Base, Palawan.

As the new Wing Commander, BGEN ERICK Q ESCARCHA PAF assumed his new position, the Acting CG, PAF expressed his confidence in his leadership to continue the successful conduct of TOWWEST's mission to plan, direct and coordinate the employment of air power in support of the AFP forces within its area of operations.

The Annual General Inspection (AGI) of the Philippine Air Force was set in motion on March 21, 2023 as the PAF welcomed the representatives from the Office of the Inspector General, Armed Forces of the Philippines headed by its Deputy, BGEN LEODIGARIO V MACALINTAL PAF, at CJVAB, Pasay City.

The inspection kicked-off with an entrance briefing where the PAF presented the previous year's Command Major Final Outputs, Strategic Plans and Capability Development, Financial Performance and Accomplishments. Further, the actions taken on last year's AGI observation were discussed.

On March 17, 2023, the Philippine Air Force hosted an awarding ceremony to recognize the heroic efforts of the PAF Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) Team deployed to Turkey as part of the Philippine Inter-Agency Humanitarian Contingent from February 8 to 27, 2023 in response to the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck  the said country.
