The Deputy Administrator for Operations of the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Philippines, Asec. Hernando M Caraig Jr., paid a courtesy call to the Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force, LtGen Stephen P Parreño PAF at the Staff Lounge, Col Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City on October 11, 2023.
The courtesy visit provided an opportunity to discuss matters of mutual interest and ways in which the PAF and the OCD can work together to improve disaster preparedness and response, among others.
