LTGEN STEPHEN P PARREÑO PAF, Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force, expressed his immense pride for the significant accomplishments of the Tactical Operations Wing Eastern Mindanao, PAF (TOWEASTMIN), on its 6th Founding Anniversary celebration on December 7, 2023, in Davao City.
Citing the Unit's significant contributions, the CG, PAF acknowledged its support for the Eastern Mindanao Command and Joint Task Forces in community development endeavors, alongside its indispensable role in safeguarding borders from above, specifically in Eastern Mindanao.
Moreover, the CG, PAF extended his congratulations to all the anniversary awardees for accelerating the standard of service and leadership within the Unit. He likewise acknowledged the former Commander, BGEN PEDRO S FRANCISCO III PAF, and the incumbent Commander, BGEN FREDERICK M CUTLER PAF, for their steadfast leadership that steered the Unit to greater heights.
