To showcase its diverse capabilities, the Philippine Air Force commenced the second part of its pre-anniversary exhibit series at the Old Legazpi Airport on May 3, 2024, coinciding with the #bicollocofestival2024 in Albay.
The Bicol Loco Festival, making its grand opening, is the first major festival in Bicol to combine a hot air balloon and a music festival.
The activity will run until May 5th, where visitors can experience exciting festival activities and explore exhibits on territorial defense; air and maritime domain awareness; combat support; and humanitarian assistance and disaster response.
The PAF provided visitors with a glimpse of flight training through desktop flight simulators and offered a recruitment booth to assist aspiring Airmen and Civilian Human Resources with their questions and guide them through the recruitment process.
