Philippine Air Force high-ranking officials participated in the cascading session for the AFP Reserve Force Development (RFD) Strategy 2023-2028 of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Reservist and Retiree Affairs, J-9 headed by MGEN JOEL ALEJANDRO C NACNAC PA, J-9, at the Hall of Flags, CJVAB, Pasay City on February 20, 2024.
The AFP RFD Strategy 2023-2028 is the overarching document of the AFP in developing the Reserve Force in terms of organization, capacity enhancement, equipage, administration, utilization, mobilization and sustainment.
Heading the PAF delegation was the Vice Commander of the PAF, MGEN RAMON J GUIANG PAF, joined by the Commander of the AFRC, MGEN ELPIDIO B TALJA PAF; Air Force Internal Auditor, BGEN LLOYD S CABACUÑGAN PAF; Commander of the 300th AISW, BGEN GLEEN ALBERT C LAGUARDIA PAF; as well as the Executive Committee members; and selected HPAF Staff.
