Led by the Chief Master Seargent Nelson S Mercado PAF, the Office of the Philippine Air Force Sergeant Major successfully conducted the First Sergeant Abbreviated Course to all eligible senior NCOs of the Tactical Operations Wing West and Western Command on November 19-23, 2018 held at the Antonio Bautista Air Base, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
The goal of the event is to enhance and equip the leadership and management skills of all senior enlisted leaders. It is also another avenue for the senior leaders to be more knowledgeable on all existing policies and promote morale, welfare amongst enlisted personnel.
