In observance with the celebration of the Women’s Month in March, the Philippine Air Force recognizes the importance of women in our society with the theme "Juana, Desisyon mo ay Mahalaga sa Kinabukasan ng Bawat Isa, Ikaw na!”
This year’s objective is to recognize and highlight women’s key roles and accomplishments in leadership, power and decision-making, to increase awareness on engaging women to participate at all levels of policy and to share strategies and best practices women have employed to become successful women leaders.
