On May 17, 2023, LTGEN STEPHEN P PARREÑO PAF, Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force, visited for the first time, the PAF units stationed in Cotabato City and Zamboanga City.
At Headquarters Tactical Operations Group 12 in Cotabato City, the CG, PAF was warmly welcomed by the TOG 12 personnel led by the Group Commander, COL MARLON T HARDILLO PAF (MNSA). At Edwin Andrews Air Base (EAAB) in Zamboanga City, the CG, PAF was greeted with a lively dance presentation by the base personnel, after which, he was accompanied by the Commander of Air Combat Command, MGEN ARAUS ROBERT F MUSICO PAF on a tour of EAAB's facilities and ongoing projects.
During the "talk to troops" in the visited units, the CG, PAF shared his command thrust and encouraged all personnel to continue striving for excellence in performing their unit's mandate.
