Honoring the heroism of Filipinos who liberated the country from colonialism, LtGen Stephen P Parreño PAF, Commanding General, Philippine Air Force, joined President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr and the Nation in commemorating the 125th anniversary of the First Philippine Republic at the Barasoain Church, Malolos, Bulacan.
LtGen Parreño and other government and AFP officials witnessed the historical wreath-laying of President Marcos on the monument of Gen Emilio Aguinaldo on January 23, 2024.
Aligned with the President's message, emphasizing that we can best honor our heroes who fought for our freedom by continuing their legacy, the PAF pledges to remain steadfast in its commitment to safeguarding Filipinos and ensuring the sovereignty of the nation.
