The 505th Search and Rescue Group (SRG) utilizing a UH-1H helicopter of the 207th Tactical Helicopter Squadron (THS) airlifted patients from the Municipality of Alcala to the Provincial Capitol of Cagayan in Tuguegarao City on November 15, 2020.
The medical evacuation team flew three (3) patients – Mrs. Marieta Del Rosario and her son John Del Rosario who were electrocuted; and Mrs Theresita Siason who is suffering from suspected spinal injury. The said patients are victims of the massive flooding in the area.
With the spirit of diwa, galing at malasakit, the 505th SRG rescue personnel along with the 207th THS pilots and crew promptly responded to the emergency through aeromedical evacuation.
