• SYNOPSIS:

Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.

• GENERAL AREA FORECAST :          

Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, and Ifugao will experience cloudy skies with light rains caused by Northeast Monsoon.

Ilocos Region and the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by Northeast Monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country     will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by Easterlies / Localized Thunderstorms.
