410th MW Renders Honor To The Newly Promoted WC

The Philippine Air Force 410th Maintenance Wing (Restorers) celebrated the one-star rank promotion of Wing Commander, Brigadier General Joselito B Ramos AFP on October 23, 2017 accorded with arrival honors inside the grounds of 410th MW Complex.

A proud member of the Philippine Military Academy Class of 1988 “MARINGAL. After his cadetship in the academy, he immediately took up the Undergraduate Pilot Training at the Philippine Air Force Flying School where he earned his military pilot wings. He acquired his helicopter flying skills when he took and finished with flying colors the following courses such as; Copilot Qualification Course, Pilot Qualification, and Instructor Pilot Qualification Course for the UH-1H/B205A-1 type of helicopter. He also learned the nitty gritty of the aircraft maintenance when he took up the Aircraft Maintenance Officer Course and graduated Number 1 in his class.

During his AFP Command and General Staff Course, BGEN Ramos was awarded with the prestigious Commanding General, Philippine Air Force Award and Honor Graduate Award. Aside from his military schooling, his enthusiasm and quest for excellence doesn't stop only in the field of aviation, he also took up Master of Social Science in Defence Studies at University Kebangsaan, Malaysia. He even completed the Master of Science in Information Technology at the University of New South Wales, Australia and Master in Management Technology at the De La Salle Lipa.

More so, during his remarks, BGEN RAMOS said that foremost he gives all the glory to the Almighty. He likewise extended his profound gratitude to his wife and kids and other members of his family, including his mentors and friends as he take another leap and those who were with him in all his undertakings in his colorful military career. He gratefully shared this blessing with the 410th MW family, stressing that he would not be able to accomplish all notable Depot Level Maintenance projects and activities without the wholehearted support and dedication to him as the “Chief Restorer”.
