The Philippine Air Force Educational Fund Incorporated (PAFEFI) formerly known as Clark-PAF Educational Fund Inc. (CPAFEFI) was established on January 8, 1958.
It was transferred to PAF when USAF pulled out of CAB which was subsequently renamed as Philippine Air Force Educational Fund Incorporated (PAFEFI).
Registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) was renewed last 08 January 2008 upon the expiration of its term for another 50 years.
