On September 25, 2023, GENERAL ROMEO S BRAWNER JR PA, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (CSAFP), visited the Philippine Air Force Headquarters at Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City. He was warmly welcomed by LTGEN STEPHEN P PARREÑO PAF, Commanding General of the PAF, alongside MGEN RAMON J. GUIANG PAF, Vice Commander of the PAF, and other key officials.
The Philippine Air Force hosted the 3rd PAF-Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) Airman-to-Airman Talks at Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City, and Basa Air Base, Floridablanca, Pampanga. The activity, which was held from September 18 to 22, 2023, was co-chaired by the Vice Commander, PAF, MGEN RAMON J GUIANG PAF, and the Commander, Air Defense and Control Command (ADCC), ROKAF, MGEN KIM YOUNG CHAE.
The Philippine Air Force concluded the PAF Command and Control, Communications, Computer Systems (C4S) Family Conference 2023 in a closing ceremony on September 22, 2023 at Villamor Air Base, Pasay City.
Attendees from different air bases participated through a hybrid setup in the two-day family conference.
The annual conference, which explored knowledge and experiences on different key areas such as Cyberspace, Space Domain, Electronic Warfare, and Emerging Technologies, aims to establish a safer digital environment and an enhanced public service value.
The Philippine Air Force warmly welcomed PGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA JR, Chief of the Philippine National Police on his first official visit to the Headquarters PAF, Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City on Monday, September 18, 2023.

A brand new Cessna-208B (C-208B) Grand Caravan EX Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Aircraft has been added to the Philippine Air Force’s fleet after its formal acceptance, turn-over, and blessing on September 19, 2023 at Clark Air Base, Mabalacat City, Pampanga with Secretary of National Defense, Gilberto Teodoro Jr. as the Guest of Honor.
The Philippine Air Force (PAF) held a donning of ranks and oath-taking ceremony for the newly Called to Active Duty (CAD) PAF Officers from the Probationary Officer Training Course (POTC) “SUMIDLAK” Class of 2022 today, September 13, 2023, at the Hall of Flags, CJVAB, Pasay City with the Commanding General, LTGEN STEPHEN P PARREÑO PAF as the Presiding Officer.
A total of 30 Second Lieutenants were officially donned during the ceremony and took their oath before LTGEN PARREÑO, pledging allegiance to the PAF and the country.

The Office of the Chief Surgeon, Air Force, together with counterparts from Japan Ministry of Defense and Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF), kicked off the Aviation Medicine Capability Building Program on August 28, 2023, at the Philippine Air Force Headquarters, CJVAB, Pasay City.
The said program, which will run until September 1, will engage participants in roundtable discussions, training exercises, and simulations. This year’s program will focus on PAF Medical Service Capabilities, Aeromedical Evacuation Operations, and Aviation Medicine-Physiology.
In commemoration of National Heroes Day with the theme "Karangalan, Katungkulan, Kabayanihan," the Philippine Air Force participated in the Flag Raising and Wreath Laying Ceremony led by the Commander-in-Chief, President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., at the Libingan Ng Mga Bayani, Fort Bonifacio,Taguig City on August 28, 2023.
The Philippine Air Force delegation participated in the 5th Airman-to-Airman Talks between the PAF and the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) in Chonburi and Bangkok, Thailand from August 14-18, 2023. The event was co-chaired by MGen Ramon J Guiang PAF, Vice Commander, PAF and Air Marshal Withaya Thanoi, Deputy Chief of Staff (Logistics), RTAF.
The A2A Talks focused on enhancing the existing bilateral relations by discussing updates on ongoing and future activities between the two (2) Air Forces.
