ULTIMATE WARRIORS ON ITS 39TH FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY

The Air Force Reserve Command celebrated its 39th Founding Anniversary on December 22, 2018 at Challengers’ Field, Clark Air Base, Mabalacat City in Pampanga with the theme AFRC@39: “Achieving excellence in performing, reforming, and transforming the PAF Reserve Force as the nation’s bearer of hope”. The Commanding General, Philippine Air Force LTGEN ROZZANO D BRIGUEZ AFP, was the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

Highlighted during the anniversary was the presentation of awards to the following outstanding personnel, reservist and stakeholders of AFRC:

Also, Sgt Rico S Puno PAF(Ret) was recognized for his invaluable service rendered to the command.

In his speech, LTGEN BRIGUEZ stressed the importance of reservists’ efforts in nation-building. He also recalls being part of the ROTC program way back then. He further stressed that the youth today needs the ROTC Program to help inculcate the sense of patriotism in our country.

The activity culminated with the pass-in-review of the men and women of Air Force City with the reservist component and SPOW personnel.
