Officers from Tactical Operations Command, 530th Air Base Group, and TOWWESTMIN attended the International Humanitarian Law workshop at Headquarters, Tactical Operations Command Conference Room, Edwin Andrews Air Base, Zamboanga City on November 28, 2018.
The workshop was conducted by Mr. Piotr Dregiel of The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Zamboanga City and was also attended by Subject Matter Experts, Mr. Andrew Bell, and Mr. Gabriel Anthony Daclan.
