In line with the unfortunate church bombings at Jolo Sulu, Mindanao, the Philippine Air Force is actively working overtime in providing the necessary assistance it can aid to all the victims of the devastating event up to date.

The PAF 206th Tactical Helicopter Squadron together with the 15th Strike Wing and the 505th Search and Rescue Group conducted an immediate deployment to provide casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) to all the victims of the double explosion. All casualty were airlifted right away to the nearest hospital to be given prompt and imminent assistance utilizing the C-295 and C-130 aircraft of PAF.

As of to date an approximate of 20 people were killed and more than 100 people were wounded by the tragic attack.
