PHILIPPINE AIR FORCE 5-MAN RELAY TEAM RULES THE 102KM BATAAN DEATH MARCH RELAY RACE

The Bataan Death March 102K 5-Man Relay Race was a team competition race consisting of 5 Runners for each Team which was organized by the Bald Runner Jovie Narcise.

Each runner in the team ran a distance of 10 KM in the first 50 KM and the process was repeated on the next or last 50 Kilometers (Km 50-Km100). All five runners of the team had to ran as a Group/Team on the last 2 KM to the finish line on Single File Formation. On the last 20 meters to the finish line, runners may opt to run side by side.

A2C Sermona, A2C Nerza, A2C Guarte, A2C Villamor and A2C Lardera crossed the finish line with an unofficial time of 7 hours 5 minutes and 16 seconds to complete the grueling 102km course among 7 teams.
