PAF RECOGNIZES STAKEHOLDERS AND AWARDEES AT FIRST AWARDS NIGHT

To create a venue and to recognize all the various PAF stakeholders nationwide, the Philippine Air Force conducted its first-ever PAF Awards Night as part of its pre-anniversary activity on June 19, 2018 at the PAF Multi-Purpose Gymnasium, Col Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City with the Commanding General PAF LtGen Galileo Gerard R Kintanar Jr AFP.

Highlighted in the event was the presentation of awards and recognition to the following stakeholders who continue to support the PAF:

The PAF Awards Night is also a venue of presentation of awards and recognitions to PAF Units, Personnel and Civilians who won in various competitions held in connection with the PAF anniversary.

Two competitions were opened for civilian entries – the AVP Making Contest where the students from Mapua University bagged the grand prize; meanwhile, Tingog Mindanaw Artist was announced as champions for the Rap Making Contest.

PAF Personnel individually competed among themselves in Video Making, Feature Writing and Photo Essay Contests meanwhile, PAF Units also competed in the Civil Disturbance Management Challenge and the Search and Rescue Challenge wherein the following were announced as winners:
