The Philippine Air Force (PAF), through the Office of the Assistant Chief of Air Staff for Education and Training, A-8, commenced the five-day Leadership in Project Management for Development (LPMD) Program participated in by 50 PAF Officers at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in Makati City on November 20, 2023.
The comprehensive development learning program, which will run until November 24, is designed to cultivate the participants' leadership competencies in project management, equipping them with the expertise to formulate adaptive and responsive project management strategies.
MGEN RAMON J GUIANG PAF, Vice Commander of the PAF, welcomed the participants, which include the members of PAF's Project Management Teams (PMT), Defense Acquisition System Assessment Teams (DASAT), and Technical Working Groups (TWG) involved in PAF Modernization projects.
