The Philippine Air Force held the Relinquishment of Chief of Office of the Chief Surgeon, Air Force and Retirement Ceremony of COL MARIA SOCORRO E POSADAS MC (GSC) at the Agunod Hall, CJVAB, Pasay City on October 26, 2023, with the Chief of Air Staff, MGEN FABIAN M PEDREGOSA PAF, as the Presiding Officer.
After serving in the PAF and Armed Forces of the Philippines for 29 years, the Chief Surgeon Air Force, COL MARIA SOCORRO E POSADAS MC (GSC), will be retiring from the active military service on October 30, 2023. Meanwhile, COL WILLIAM P UY MC (GSC), the Assistant Chief Surgeon was designated as the Officer-in-Charge of the OCSAF.
MGEN PEDREGOSA expressed his gratitude to COL POSADAS for her dedicated service to the PAF. He also lauded her leadership and commitment to providing quality healthcare to the men and women of the Philippine Air Force.
