The Philippine Air Force thru the Office of the Assistant Chief of Air Staff for Command and Control Communications, Computer System (C4S) held a one-day PAF C4S Family Conference and Cybersecurity Summit on October 03, 2019 at the PAF Officers’ Clubhouse, Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City with the Air Force Inspector General BGEN FLORANTE M AMANO AFP as Guest of Honor.
The PAF C4S Family Conference and Cybersecurity Summit featured resource speakers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who shared their knowledge and experiences in the field of electronics, communications, cyber of information systems. It was attended by CEIS Officers and NCOICs of various PAF Units and is aimed to inform all PAF personnel on the importance of cybersecurity and on how to secure and defend from cyber-attacks.
Moreover, an ICT Fair was also held where different proponents and vendors showcased their new and innovative products to the PAF personnel.
