The Civil Service Commission (CSC) awarded the Philippine Air Force with the PRIME-HRM Maturity Level 2 for Learning and Development and Performance Management at the PAF Headquarters in Pasay City on April 29, 2024.

The PRIME-HRM, which stands for Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management, empowers government agencies to develop their HR practices towards excellence.

Chief of Air Staff, Major General Aristotle D. Gonzalez PAF, and Assistant Chief of Air Staff for Personnel, A-1, Colonel Sheillah Grace E. Vicente MNSA (PAF), received the award from Director Fe P. Lacaba of the CSC Department of National Defense Field Office.

This accomplishment is a testament to the unwavering determination and invaluable efforts of the PRIME-HRM Technical Working Groups from the OA-1 through DCA, as well as the steadfast support and guidance provided by the entire PAF leadership. The dedication of the PAF Civ HR team has been instrumental in achieving this remarkable recognition.
