Heroes for the Heroes of Marawi

107 personnel from the Air Force City Units donated 48,150 CC of blood to which they became heroes for the heroes of Marawi as they participated in the bloodletting activity initiated by the 410th Maintenance Wing held at the Officer’s Club, Air Force City, Clark Air Base, Pampanga on September 8, 2017.

The bloodletting activity is part of the pre-anniversary activities of the Wing in celebration of its 70th Founding Anniversary in collaboration with the AFP Medical Center. The activity has flamed the Bayanihan spirit of the AFC personnel to offer care and extend gratitude to fellow military personnel who sacrificed and risked their lives for peace and security of the nation.

During the closing ceremony, 410th MW gave recognition to the AFP Medical Center personnel headed by CPT JENNIFER Y MATEO MC especially to the Medical Technicians, Nurses, and volunteers for facilitating the bloodletting.
