The Philippine Air Force welcomed the Commander, Western Command, (COMWESCOM), Vice Admiral ALEXANDER S LOPEZ AFP and party today, March 1, 2016 at the Col Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City.
He briefed the Commanding General, PAF, LT GEN JEFFREY F DELGADO AFP and other senior Officers regarding Balikatan 2016.
