Mr. Rodrigo B Berongoy, a civilian electronics communication technician of the Philippine Air Force, assigned at the Office of the Assistant Chief of Air Staff for Communication, Electronics and Information Systems, OA-6 was awarded a letter of commendation in a flag raising held last March 2, 2015 in grateful recognition of exemplifying the value of honesty and personal integrity.
Mr Berongoy returned to the rightful owner the amount of seven thousand pesos (P7,000.00) which he found last 23 February 2015 at HPAF building, CJVAB, Pasay City. Mr Berongoy was happy and grateful to say that he surrendered the money to the owner.
The Vice Commander, Philippine Air Force, MGEN EDGAR R FALLORINA AFP presented the award and was assisted by the Deputy, A-1, COL LLEWILYN S BANAAG PAF (GSC).
