After completing 32 years of dedicated military service, the Chief, Office of the Legislative Affairs, BGEN JESS G ESTOESTA AFP formally bid farewell to the military service during the Testimonial Parade and Retirement Ceremony held at CJVAB Grandstand, Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base in Pasay City on December 6, 2019.The ceremony was presided by the Commander of 520th Air Base Wing, BGEN ARTHUR M CORDURA AFP.
A proud member of the Philippine Military Academy “Hinirang” class of 1987, BGEN ESTOESTA received various awards and commendations for his valuable services rendered to the AFP such as Award of the Distinguished Service Medal, CSAFP Commendation Medal and Ribbon, Award of the Meritorious Achievement Medal, Military Merit Medals, Distinguished Service Star, and numerous combat awards.
Prior to the ceremony, Arrival Honors was accorded to BGEN ESTOESTA upon his arrival at the HPAF Quadrangle.
