BGEN JOSELITO BERNARDO RAMOS AFP has given his first official speech as the Commander of Air Education, Training and Doctrine Command during its Change of Command Ceremony which was held alongside the retirement of MGEN MANCITA yesterday.

BGEN RAMOS is a member of PMA “Maringal” Class of 1988 and has served as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, J-4 from November 2017 before he was designated with his current position. The new leader of AETDC is not a stranger to the people of Fernando Air Base. Apart from being its resident for years, he also became the Commanding Officer of the Air Power Institute (currently Air Warfare Center) from 2005 to 2007 and the Assistant Chief of Command Staff for Operations in 2011. He also held several key positions in PAF to include being the TOG 9 Group Commander from 2008 to 2009; Commanding Officer of PAF Personnel Management Center from 2012 to 2013; Chief of Air Force Resource Management Office from 2014 to 2015; and Wing Commander of 410th Maintenance Wing in 2017. He also flew with the 205th Tactical Helicopter Wing during his early years as a military aviator upon graduation from PAF Flying School in 1990.

BGEN RAMOS is a well-rounded Officer of the AFP who also excels as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer, Safety Officer and Instructor Pilot of the T-41 and SF-260 aircraft. He is happily married to Mrs. Maria Rizza V. Ramos.
