Three hospitals and one infirmary of the Philippine Air Force received various medical equipment and supplies worth Php1,000,000.00 from the Composite Wing Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (CWSLAI).
On November 21, 2023, CWSLAI's members of the board headed by the chairman, COL LEONILO R LESAVA PAF (Ret), visited the PAF Headquarters to turn over the donated medical items.
Acting Commander, Air Installation and Base Development Command, BGEN PABLO E RUSTRIA JR PAF; along with Officer-in-Charge, Office of the Chief Surgeon, Air Force, COL WILLIAM P UY MC (GSC); and Commanding Officer, Air Force General Hospital, COL NELSON V POSADAS MC (GSC), led the said ceremony.
Other bases that also received donations were BGen Benito N Ebuen Air Base in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu; Edwin Andrews Air Base in Zamboanga City; and Wallace Air Station in La Union.
