MGEN ANTONIO RAMON A LIM AFP, the Commander of Air Defense Command (ADC) led the Simultaneous Special Flag Raising Ceremony in celebration of the 118th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary at Clark Air Base, Mabalacat City in Pampanga on September 3, 2018.
During the ceremony, the ADC Commander delivered the CG PAF's message and personally acknowledged the presence and appreciated the diligence and truthful labor of each and every civilian employee who contributed in achieving the Command's goals and over-all visions.
