The Commander of the 2nd Air Division, MGen Julius Cesar M Guillermo AFP, rendered his retirement call to the Commanding General, Lt Gen Edgar R Fallorina AFP last July 11, 2016 at CG's office in Villamor Air Base, Pasay City.
A member of the Philippine Military Academy “Sandigan” Class of 1982, MGen Guillermo will compulsorily retire from the active service on July 20, 2016 reaching his mandatory age of 56 after serving 38 years in the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
He held positions such as the Commander, 1st Air Division; Commander, Air Logistics Command; Wing Commander, 420th Supply Wing and many significant others; He is also a pilot, of the UH-1H helicopter and pilot and test pilot of the PAF’s S211 aircraft.
MGen Guillermo was accorded with a full military honors upon his arrival at the HPAF Quadrangle with Chief of Air Staff, MGen Rozzano B Briguez AFP as military host.
