The 15th Strike Wing conducted Bloodletting Activity ICOW its 46th Founding Anniversary Celebration last 05 October 2019. The activity was participated by 15SW personnel and various stakeholders coming from the APO CACI Alumni Association, ACDI, AFPSLAI, Philippine Fleet, Naval Installation Command, PNP, BFP, LGU-Cavite City, PRC-Cavite Chapter, and other civilian entities.
A total of 58, 950cc of blood were successfully collected and turned-over to AFP Medical Center for processing and utilization
