The Philippine Air Force rendered Military Honors and Reception to the Newly-Promoted PAF General Officers at the PAF Multi-Purpose Gymnasium, Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City on 20 December 2019 with the Commanding General, Philippine Air Force LTGEN ROZZANO D BRIGUEZ AFP. 

In his speech, the CG, PAF congratulated the newly promoted generals. "Along with the highest forms of respect and admiration, your shoulders are now being thrusted with bigger responsibilities, deeper accountabilities, and greater expectations," he stated. 

The Philippine Air Force, through the Office of the Chief Air Chaplain, conducted a PAF-Wide Simultaneous Advent Recollection with the theme: “Airman’s Spirituality: Selfless Service Inspired by the Word made Flesh” with Rev. Fr. Jonathan A Bitoy, CMF as recollection speaker, at the PAF Multi-Purpose Gymnasium, Col Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City on December 17, 2019.

The Philippine Air Force together with Indonesian Air Force conducted the Philippine-Indonesian Senior Officers Exchange Visit Program in Manila and Batangas from December 10 to 13, 2019.

The Indonesian Air Force rendered a courtesy call to Commander of Air Education, Training and Doctrine Command, MGEN FERDINAND M CARTUJANO AFP at the Fernando Air Base, Lipa City, Batangas. 

This activity is an engagement between the Philippine Air Force and Indonesian Air Force that enhances the existing bilateral relationships between the two Air Forces’ operations.
 

As one of the pre-Christmas activities for 2019, the Philippine Air Force held the PAF Nite 2019 dubbed as “Festivales” at the PAF Multi-Purpose Gymnasium, Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City on December 11, 2019. 

Groups from ten (10) PAF Major Bases showcased their talents through an inter-base competition representing a Philippine Festival depicting the culture, values, and tradition.

The Commanding General, Philippine Air Force LTGEN ROZZANO D BRIGUEZ AFP participated at the 2019 Pacific Air Chiefs Symposium at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii on December 05, 2019.

With the theme, “A Collaborative Approach to Regional Security,” the Symposium focuses on building mutual understanding of varied regional perspectives through bilateral engagements and multinational panels and meetings. The Symposium was jointly hosted by the United States Air Force Chief of Staff, Gen. David Goldfein, and COMD U.S. Pacific Air Forces Gen. CQ Brown, Jr.

The Philippine Air Force Dragon Boat Team in the recently concluded Penang International Dragon Boat Festival at Teluk Bahang Dam, Penang, Malaysia from December 7 to 8, 2019 participated by 14 Countries, 62 competing teams with more than 1600+ paddlers in attendance.

After completing 32 years of dedicated military service, the Chief, Office of the Legislative Affairs, BGEN JESS G ESTOESTA AFP formally bid farewell to the military service during the Testimonial Parade and Retirement Ceremony held at CJVAB Grandstand, Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base in Pasay City on December 6, 2019.The ceremony was presided by the Commander of 520th Air Base Wing, BGEN ARTHUR M CORDURA AFP.
