To create a venue and to recognize all the various PAF stakeholders nationwide, the Philippine Air Force conducted its first-ever PAF Awards Night as part of its pre-anniversary activity on June 19, 2018 at the PAF Multi-Purpose Gymnasium, Col Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City with the Commanding General PAF LtGen Galileo Gerard R Kintanar Jr AFP.

Highlighted in the event was the presentation of awards and recognition to the following stakeholders who continue to support the PAF:

The Philippine Air Force recently conducted its annual Air Force Symposium on June 07, 2018 at the Armed Forces Commissioned Officers' Club in Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City headed by LTGEN GALILEO GERARD R KINTANAR JR AFP, Commanding General, Philippine Air Force.

With the theme, "Harnessing Air Power to Address Emerging Security Challenges for Peace and Resilient Development", the symposium highlighted Air Power as an important element in the whole nation's effort to address the nation's security landscape.

As part of the pre-anniversary activities of the Command, the Philippine Air Force through the Office of the Assistant Chief of Air Staff for Reservist and Retiree Affairs, OA-9 conducted the PAF Retirees Day 2018 to honor and recognize the selfless service rendered by our forefathers and our present day heroes embodied by our Officers and Enlisted Personnel on June 23, 2018 at Air Education, Training and Doctrine Command (AETDC), Fernando Air Base, Lipa City, Batangas. General Benjamin P Defensor Jr AFP (Res) was the Guest of Honor and Speaker of the said activity.

The Philippine Air Force through the Public Affairs Office officially opens the much-awaited Mall Exhibit held at the SM Clark Pampanga with the guest of honor Vice Commander PAF, Major General Jose P Tanuan Jr AFP on June 12, 2018.

A fun-filled event was organized by the Philippine Air Force 15th Strike Wing, the Home of the Trojans, to the less fortunate children during the Orphanage Outreach Program Activity at 460th Aircraft Maintenance Group Hangar, Major Danilo Atienza Air Base, Sangley Point, Cavite City with the Commanding General, Lieutenant General Galileo Gerard R Kintanar Jr AFP as the guest of honor on June 6, 2018.

In valuable honor to the former Commanding Generals of the Philippine Air Force, the annual gathering of the great air force leaders was officially conducted last May 30, 2018 at the Quarters of the Commanding General, Col Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City. Dubbed as "A Night with the Air Chiefs, the simple and yet prestige gathering was also attended by the ladies and widows of the former Air Chiefs. The event is one way of strengthening the enviable bond of camaraderie amongst all the leaders and to continue the strong spirit of fellowship to one another.
