The Philippine Air Force has turned over the newly constructed temporary sanitation facilities to the Local Government of Sto. Tomas City, Batangas for the use of evacuees affected by the eruption of Taal Volcano today, Saturday, 25 January 2020.

Said activity marks the completion of the task of AFP Joint Task Group (JTG) Taal to PAF to support the sanitation requirements of the evacuees.

The Philippine Air Force, through the 355th Aviation Engineer Wing, is currently undertaking the construction of temporary latrines for the evacuees in Batangas in relation to the eruption of Taal volcano.

The 15th Strike Wing under the leadership of COL ARAUS ROBERT F MUSICO PAF (GSC) donated 25 boxes of relief goods for the Taal victims. The goods were successfully turned-over to the CMO Group for consolidation and distribution. Said endeavour is expected to relieve the hardships experienced by our fellow Filipinos affected by the Taal Volcanic Eruption in the provinces of Cavite, Laguna and Batangas.

MGEN ALLEN T PAREDES AFP, the Commanding General, PAF graced the blessing of the Reservist Training Center together with MGEN CONNOR ANTHONY D CANLAS SR AFP, Commander, Air Force Reserve Command.

The facility, located at Clark Air Base will become the premiere training unit of the AFRC that will cater to different unit and Reserve Force Development Training. The blessing was administered by MAJ ROEL A ISIP CHS, the Base Chaplain.

The 37th Commanding General Philippine Air Force MGEN ALLEN T PAREDES AFP rendered his visit to the men and women of the Air Force City Units at Clark Air Base Mabalacat City, Pampanga on 21 January 2020.

Full Military Honors was accorded to the newly installed CG PAF led by COL PERFECTO R MAGALONG JR PAF (GSC) and welcomed by the AFC Unit’s personnel in front of HADC Compound.

Ayon kay 2LT BOBBY MIKHAIL QUIRAY, ang naatasang mamuno sa misyon, ang layunin ng nasabing proyekto ay upang matugunan ang pangunahing pangangailan ng mga evacuees sa kalinisan at para maiwasan ang pagkakaroon ng anumang sakit na maidudulot kapag walang sapat na palikuran.

The Philippine Air Force awarded the PAF Athletes who participated in the recently concluded 30th Southeast Asian Games and Penang International Dragon Boat Festival 2019 in a special flag-raising ceremony held at the CJVAB Grandstand, Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City on January 20, 2020.

Under orders from the new Commanding General, Phillipine Air Force, MAJOR GENERAL ALLEN T PAREDES AFP, the engineering contingent of 355th Aviation Engineer Wing (AEW) under the leadership of Wing Commander, BRIGADIER GENERAL RALPH L MAMAUAG AFP, arrived at Fernando Air Base (FAB), Lipa City, Batangas to participate in the Disaster Response and Relief Operations being undertaken by the government in relation to the Taal volcano eruption.

The Philippine Air Force (PAF) received two (2) units of Security Screening Equipment (SSE) in a simple Turn-over and Acceptance Ceremony held at Bay 1, Francisco Bangoy, International Airport, Davao City on January 18, 2020, with the Office for Transportation Administrator, Undersecretary Raul L Del Rosario, as Guest of Honor.

The Tactical Operations Command of Philippine Air force, headed by MGEN JOSELITO B RAMOS AFP, Commander Tactical Operation Command distributed the relief goods to the victim of Taal Volcano Eruption 2020 at Brgy.Lodlod National High School and Elementary School, Lipa City, 18 January 2020 with the theme: Malasakit para sa Batanguenos, Mula sa Air Warriors ng Mindanao 

The Philippine Air Force through Tactical Operations Wing Southern Luzon (TOWSOL) and Tactical Operations Group 4 (TOG4) Search Rescue and Retrieval (SRR) team together with Philippine National Police (PNP) personnel who are currently deployed at Municipality of Agoncillo, Batangas conducted mobile and prophylactic patrol for the implementation of mandato

MAJOR GENERAL ALLEN T PAREDES AFP takes over as the 37th Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force at the Change of Command Ceremony held at the PAF Multi-Purpose Gymnasium, Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City on January 16, 2020, with the Commander-in-Chief, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte as Presiding Officer. 

Nakahandang tumugon ang Philippine Air Force sa mga sakuna o insidente na maaring mangyari sa komunidad sa pamamagitan ng Basa Air Base Disaster Response Task Unit o DRTU katuwang ang 355th Aviation Engineer Wing o AEW.

Ito’y matapos magsagawa ng inspeksyon ang mga nasabing Unit noong Enero 14, 2020 sa 5th Fighter Wing Grandstand, Basa Air Base, Pampanga.
