The Philippine Air Force welcomes the newly promoted PAF senior reservist officers, BGEN CONSTANCIA P DE GUZMAN AFPR and COL NELSON P COLLANTES PAFR (MNSA), in a Donning of Ranks Ceremony held today, March 21,2016 at the Office of the Commanding General, Col Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City presided by the CG, PAF, LTGEN EDGAR R FALLORINA AFP.
BGEN DE GUZMAN is a graduate of Master in National Security Administration (MNSA), Doctorate in Fiscal Studies, International Post Graduate Certificate Course in Corruption Studies and BS in Commerce. She works as a Commisioner of the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM).
On the other hand, COL COLLANTES was also a graduate of MNSA and holds a Ph.D. in Fiscal Studies, Lyceum of the Philippines. He is also an AB Political Science graduate in UP-Diliman. He is the 3rd District Representative of the province of Batangas.
