Acting Wing Commander, Tactical Operations Wing Southern Luzon (TOWSOL), COL RAMON J GUIANG PAF (GSC), presided over the Change of Command Ceremony of Tactical Operations Group 4 (TOG4) on November 22, 2018.
TOG4 personnel bade farewell to LTC RICHARD E DE GUIA PAF (GSC) and welcomed LTC JONATHAN B GASTARDO PAF (MNSA) as the new TOG 4 Group Commander.
