The Philippine Air Force conducted a Special Flag raising ceremony and presented a plaque of recognition to the PAF TOPS awardee 2018 at CJVAB Grandstand, Pasay City on October 8, 2018.
The Commanding General, PAF LTGEN GALILEO GERARD R KINTANAR JR AFP together with the Assistant Chief of Air Staff for Personnel, A-1 COL ROMMEL P ROLDAN GSC (PAF) presented a plaque of recognition to LTCOL THOMAS RYAN R SEGUIN PAF (GSC) for his Outstanding accomplishments in the military service and for being one of TOPS 2018 awardees.
Moreover, a cheque was also given to the 5th Fighter Wing in recognition to the Unit of LTCOL SEGUIN. The Wing Commander 5th FW, COL FABIAN M PEDREGOSA PAF (GSC) was very honored in mentoring an exemplary Officer in the person of LTCOL SEGUIN as well as in receiving the said cheque in behalf of the Wing.
