The Philippine Air Force (PAF) joined in celebrating the 26th Anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Code of Ethics conducted during the Flag Raising Ceremony on October 10, 2016 at the PAF Grandstand in Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City.

The Code of Ethics does not only guide the AFP in its distinct lifestyle and non-negotiable values but it also serves as a strong instrument in winning the hearts of the Filipino people.

The Office of the Ethical Standards and Public Accountability (OESPA) is in charge of carrying out the integration, internalization and institutionalization of the AFP’s Code of Ethics. Its mission is to “enhance professionalism, promote honesty and integrity in the military service, instill ethical standards, and inculcate a strong sense of public accountability among military and civilian personnel in the pursuit of a common commitment against graft and corruption in the AFP.”
