ROYAL THAI AIR FORCE VISITS THE PAF; TOURS AROUND MANILA HISTORICAL PLACES

As part of the exchanging insights of every allied country for its betterment, the Philippine Air Force hosted the introductory visit of the Royal Thai Air Force Commander-in-Chief, Air Chief Marshal John Rungswang RTAF and party to the Philippines on February 7 to 8, 2017.
A military honor was accorded to ACM Rungswang upon his arrival at the HPAF Quadrangle with the PAF Commanding General, Lieutenant General Edgar R Fallorina AFP, as the military host. He then joined the CG, PAF in the wreath lying ceremony to honor the glorious days of all the fallen airmen.
Immediately after, the party paid a courtesy call to the Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines, General Eduardo M Aņo, and Seretary of National Defense, Delfin N Lorenzana.
Their visit in the country was made more memorable as they toured around some of Manila's historical places such as the Rizal Park, Intramuros, and Manila Cathedral.
The RTAF visitation aimed to foster and enhance bilateral cooperation between the two Air Forces.
