Villamor Air Base, Pasay City - 06 Sep 2010 - GAWAD SA KAUNLARAN - Air Force Chief Lt Gen Oscar H Rabena AFP pins the Gawad sa Kaunlaran Award to Col Antonio L Tamayo PAFR (GSC) for his valuable achievements in pursuit of socio-economic activities as Group Commander of the 1st Ready Hospital Group, Ready Reserve Airlift and Tactical Support Wing (1RRATSW) Air Reserve Command. He spearheaded various humanitarian projects conducted during the massive relief operations in the aftermath of Typhoon Ondoy. He also provided scholarships to military dependents in the University of Perpetual Help.
