A-FLEX FORUM ON TODAY

Air Force Chief Lt Gen Oscar H Rabena formally opened the Air Force Leadership Excellence Forum (A-FLEX) at the Hall of Flags at Air Force Headquarters.  Participants of the two-day event are unit commanders, senior officers and members of the HPAF Staff Ms. Marisol Lopez, President and Director of the Organizational Change Consultants International (OCCI) was present during the opening program.

A-FLEX is a two-day forum that features seven (7) modules on higher-level management and open discussions on topics that cover the significance of the Air Force core values of InSTEP and Air Force Leadership Excellence. Invited facilitators for the two-day leadership discussion include experts from the Organizational Change Consultant International: Mr. Godofredo Eala, Attorney Pablo Trillana III, Ms. Marisol Lopez, President of OCCI, Mr. Max Salazar and Ms. Bel Villavicencio.

The event complements the PAF Leadership Excellence and Core Values Forum held in November last year where resourced speakers lectured and discussed critical topics that emphasize leadership development, managerial effectiveness, and organizational productivity vis-avis the PAF Core Values – Integrity, Service, Teamwork, Excellence and Professionalism. #
